Torrance Business Center Under Way

Construction has begun on the $5-million Avoian Business Centre, a 64,200-square-foot mixed-use project at Del Amo Boulevard and Gramercy Place in Torrance.
Developer Albert Avoian said plans call for construction of six structures, each with 10,700 square feet of space for office, industrial or warehouse use. Completion is expected by the end of this year.
