Pete Johnson, a former Ohio State and Cincinnati Bengal fullback, pleaded not guilty to all four counts of a drug-related indictment in U.S. District Court at Columbus, Ohio.
Judge John D. Holschuh set a trial date of Oct. 27 and a $50,000 personal recognizance bond for Johnson.
Johnson, 33, who now lives in Miami, is accused of being the source of cocaine for Ronald L. Anderson, an optician who earlier pleaded guilty to drug charges. Anderson then implicated Johnson.
