The 134th edition of the California State Fair will open Friday in Sacramento, and officials said they expect that it will attract more than 600,000 visitors before it closes Labor Day. The fairgrounds will be open each day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Admission will be $5 for adults, $3 for children 12 and under, and children under 5 will be admitted free. Some attractions carry additional charges, and parking will cost from $2 to $3 per day.
