A Rapid Transit District bus was stolen in Koreatown. Police said driver Larry Horn told them he had parked the vehicle in a layover yard at 7th Street and New Hampshire Avenue and locked it before using a bathroom. When he returned, it was gone. Police said the keys were in Horn’s pocket and no one saw the thief get on board. The bus was last seen moving north on New Hampshire and making a right turn onto Wilshire Boulevard.
