It is with good reason that The Times’ editorial is skeptical.
In the eyes of the Ayatollah Reagan, Nicaragua is the Great Satan.
Fanatically, he will resort to any ploy to abort any peace plan that would bring the contra terrorists into the mainstream of Nicaraguan politics and thus enable the Sandinistra government to stabilize itself to the furtherance of democracy.
