Teradyne Inc., a computer and semiconductor test equipment manufacturer, has purchased a 360,000-square-foot complex in Agoura Hills for $37.4 million.
The sale of the three-building complex, on 19.4-acres in the $75-million Agoura Hills Technology Park, represents the major portion of the 34-acre project along the Ventura (101) Freeway, according to Gerald L. Katell. Katell Properties Inc. developed the project in partnership with Ahmanson Commercial Development.
Office and retail facilities will be built on the remaining 15 acres, Katell said, along with a 96-unit Residence Inn suite hotel.
