Mary B. Hynes Heads County Plan Advisers

Mary B. Hynes, a Westside real estate broker, has been elected president of the Los Angeles County Countywide Citizens’ Planning Council.
Other new officers include Elizabeth Bragg, a former educator and controller of the Lawrence C. Bragg Corp., vice president, and Louis Lipeles, real estate broker, secretary.
The council is a 50-member advisory entity to the Board of Supervisors and the Regional Planning Commission.
It consists of 10 appointees from each supervisorial district, representing diverse interests and backgrounds.
