Dow Jones, law Firm Lease on Wilshire

Dow Jones and Co., publishers of the Wall Street Journal and the Beverly Hills law firm of Frandzel & Share have leased 35,000 and 46,000 square feet of space, respectively, in the 6500 Wilshire office tower of Cadillac Fairview Urban Development Inc.
The 10-year leases have on aggregate value of $23.5 million and bring total lease commitments to 53% of the 23-story, 436,000-square-foot building.
