Grenade Causes Airport Turmoil but Is Harmless

ATLANTA — A man with a grenade in his duffel bag set off alarms Wednesday at Hartsfield International Airport, prompting the evacuation of hundreds of passengers from the security area and delaying some flights, authorities said. Police officers arrested William Daniels, 45, of Atlanta, but they said the grenade had been disarmed and was harmless.
