‘A New Soviet Union’
It’s time we realized that we are all in it together on this planet. A successful, progressive regime in the Soviet Union will be to the advantage of the whole world. If we are to survive in the nuclear age, it seems to me that we must incorporate a spirit of cooperation and trust in our national values and foreign policy.
