A jury in San Bernardino convicted maintenance worker James David Noffsinger, 43, of first-degree murder in the death of his girlfriend, Mary Ann Evans, 40, parts of whose body were later recovered from a garbage can. Noffsinger dismembered her and stored body parts in a refrigerator at the home they shared in Grand Terrace.
