SACRAMENTO — Three tickets bought in Southern California had all six numbers correct in the weekly “Lotto 6/49” game, and each was worth $1,465,916, a California Lottery spokesman announced Sunday.
Because the prizes exceed $1 million, they will be paid out in 20 equal annual installments. The tickets were purchased at stores in Goleta, Pomona and Apple Valley.
Another five tickets were each worth $242,491 for having five numbers correct plus the bonus number. In the five-of-six category, 460 winning tickets had a face value of $1,358 apiece, and prizes of $24 awaited the holders of 23,312 four-of-six tickets.
The winning numbers were 7, 24, 33, 6, 4 and 21 with the bonus number 37. Sales for the week were $11,357,935. Next week’s jackpot is expected to be at least $4.2 million.
