Season tickets for North Orange County Community College District’s Forum 80 Film/Lecture Series are available at a discount if bought before July 31. The nine-film series, which runs from Sept. 29 through May 3, 1988, features photo journalists narrating color travelogues at 7:30 p.m. weeknights in Plummer Auditorium, corner of Chapman Avenue and Lemon Street, Fullerton. If bought before July 31, season tickets are $22.50 ($21 for senior citizens); after that the season ticket price is $27. General admission cost of the films would total $36.
“The Israel Experience,” a slide show on travel and photography narrated by Mort Loveman, will be offered Friday at 2 p.m. at the Parklabrea Recreation Hall, 340 S. Hauser Blvd. Admission is free. Call (213) 938-3975 for details.
