Pope’s Meeting With Waldheim
We talk about atrocities that have been. What about the atrocities that are--here, now, in the present. If the Pope’s warm welcome to President Waldheim in the light of all that has been proven about Waldheim’s background with the Nazis in World War II is not an atrocity, then in God’s name, what is?
The Pope has not only spit in the face of every Jew in the world, he has set Judeo-Christian progress back 1,000 years.
The outcries of the Catholic community itself in their disbelief of the Pope’s actions can only bear out that the Pope is either a very sick man, or totally devoid of human conscience and compassion.
May God forgive you for what you have perpetrated--not only on we Jews of this world, but on all humanity who have looked to you for faith and guidance. You have truly failed them all.
