Gandhi Back in India After Soviet Visit

NEW DELHI — Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi arrived in New Delhi on Saturday, ending a three-day official visit to the Soviet Union during which he inaugurated the Festival of India and held talks with Soviet leaders.
