‘Tear Down the Berlin Wall’

There he goes again!
Now it is Germany’s Berlin Wall! With the world of problems President Reagan has here in his own country why does he continue to make other countries his concern?
I realize this is all political for him, but I wonder if any of it will clear him entirely of the scandal sweeping this country.
It is questionable if Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev will, not only refuse to meet with Reagan, can they come to any agreement on the many earlier questions with the Soviet Union?
Every time Reagan needs a lift in his popularity he attacks another country’s perplexing situation. Oh those wonderful speech writers!
