Bomb Factory Raided

AMRITSAR, India — A raid on a bomb factory run by Sikh separatists found explosives capable of killing hundreds of people, police reported Monday. They said one Sikh extremist was arrested and two others escaped during the Sunday raid on a house near the Golden Temple, the Sikh religion’s holiest shrine.
