College graduates who aspire to be ideal job candidates in the 21st Century will need to be creative, “computer-smart, flexible, team-playing generalists,” according to a College Placement Council report. They will also need good communication skills, good “people skills” and must be good at hunting for jobs, the report in the council’s Journal of Career Planning and Employment said. Rhea A. Nagle, of the Bethlehem, Pa.-based council, said her report was based on predicted changes in the work force over the next 10 to 15 years.
