Lac Ouimet led from the start and won by 2 1/2-lengths in the $114,600 Nassau County Handicap for 3-year-olds and up at Belmont Park in New York.
Lac Ouimet, ridden by Eddie Maple, went 1 1/8 miles over a fast track in 1:48 1-5 for his second win in five starts. Fobby Forbes was second in the field of six, a half-length in front of the favorite, Johns Treasure.
