Fox Broadcasting Co. and Joan Rivers on Monday settled a dispute arising out of her dismissal as permanent host of “The Late Show.” No details were released, but Fox said the “door has been left open for Miss Rivers to return as a guest host” of the nightly program. Late last week, Fox said guest hosts of the program will include Lucie Arnaz, Tom Snyder, Martin Sheen, Frank Zappa, Rick Dees, Suzanne Somers, Estelle Getty and Malcom-Jamal Warner.
