Capistrano Beach--Left Out
Capistrano Beach is still not getting much respect.
A recent Times article on south Orange County incorporations keeps referring to the two proposed cities (of) Dana Point and Laguna Niguel. What is Capistrano Beach, the poor relation? Maybe what we need is our own congressional aide like Dana Point has.
Incidentally, Capistrano Beach is the oldest community in south county next to San Juan Capistrano, and we are celebrating our centennial this year.
