Frankly, I’m outraged that Gary Hart is outraged at the press. As a Democrat I thank the press for eliminating one of my choices for the presidential race. What’s Hart so angry about? That he got caught? Give me a break!
A man who will betray the confidence of his wife and family over a sexual appetite he can’t seem to control is not the man for the job.
We know what Hart would have done if he’d been a Marine guard in Moscow, now don’t we? Yet he demands we hold him to a lower standard? Do we have a right to know if our presidential candidates are moral men? You bet we do!
