Hundreds of teen-agers went on a rampage, breaking windows and forcing store owners to close shop after a farewell parade in Philadelphia for retiring 76ers star Julius Erving.
Police said 37 people were arrested, including at least 21 youths. There were no serious injuries, though two female police officers suffered minor cuts and bruises in scuffles with troublemakers. More than 30,000 people lined the downtown parade route to get a look at Erving.
