Concert promoter Marc Berman was fined $500 and ordered to supply 30 concert tickets to a senior citizens’ group for possessing a small amount of cocaine.
Berman, 35, was placed on three years’ probation by San Diego Municipal Judge William Mudd, who set a review of his sentence for Sept. 15.
Berman pleaded no contest to the misdemeanor offense, and three counts of scalping Chargers tickets were dismissed. Police found the drug on Berman when he was arrested on the scalping charge.
