CAINE’S VISA CARD
In his article on the proposed new INS visa regulations, Victor Valle cast a negative light upon the fact that Michael Caine has the ability to get a visa to perform in the United States (“Proposed INS Rules Spark Debate,†March 25).
As Caine’s business manager, I would like to inform you that he has been a tax-paying resident of the United States for the last eight years, and as such, has enjoyed the benefits that this country and his industry afford him, while at the same time, bearing his full share of the tax burden that other citizens of this country do.
