Irvine-based Glenfed Mortgage Corp., a subsidiary of Glendale Federal Savings & Loan Assn., has named Joseph Tavarez vice president of builder relations and manager of its new builder division. Previously, Tavarez had been a builder representative, a branch office manager and a loan officer for Glenfed Mortgage.
The builder division will work with residential developers to provide financing to home buyers.
