PCAA Roundup : Berry Leads San Jose St. Past Pacific

Guard Ricky Berry scored 17 points and grabbed 9 rebounds, and forward George Puou had 14 points to lead the San Jose State to a 70-65 victory over the University of the Pacific at San Jose.
Guard Bobby Evans’ six free throws in the last 24 seconds also helped San Jose finish the season 14-13 overall and 10-8 in the PCAA.
Forward Christian Gray led UOP with 15 points as the Tigers ended the season 10-17 and 6-12.
