ANTI-TIMES, ANTI-’PLATOON,’ ANTI-WAR, ANTI-JANE

Jane Fonda’s apologists should know that you can’t point guns at American flyers and expect to be believed when you profess concern for veterans (Calendar Letters, Feb. 8).
You cannot call yourself a peace activist when you make excuses for the Vietnamese gulag and the Cambodian Holocaust. Fonda and her kind started weeping over the veterans only when the Cambodian genocide came to light, and then, only to obscure their part in the destruction of that nation.
Fonda’s tears are those of a crocodile.
