ANTI-TIMES, ANTI-’PLATOON,’ ANTI-WAR, ANTI-JANE

I fear for the fate of our planet when I read anti-Jane Fonda letters such as those from R.C. Hood and Ron Lampart (Calendar Letters, Feb. 1).

They are not sure what we learned from Vietnam except that they want to “fight it to win and get out” in “the next big one.”

Thanks a lot guys. I can understand your hostility toward Fonda, but can you leave the rest of us out of your “big one” in your desire to resurrect your forever-lost honor?
