NATO Talks Scheduled

BRUSSELS — North Atlantic Treaty Organization foreign ministers will hold their regular spring meeting June 11-12 in Reykjavik, Iceland, the alliance said Friday. The session will be preceded by the regular spring conference of NATO defense ministers May 26-27 in Brussels.
