Closings for Presidents’ Day
All city and county offices, including the courts, will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents’ Day.
Banks and libraries will be closed and there will be no postal service. Trash pickup will be delayed one day all next week.
The San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, Cabrillo National Monument and all Balboa Park museums will be open.
