HOLIDAY CONFUSION
On Thursday, Lincoln’s Birthday , county and state offices, as well as state courts, will be closed. City offices will be closed in Brea, Costa Mesa and San Juan Capistrano. All schools will be in session except in the Brea-Olinda and Garden Grove districts.
On Friday, Feb. 13, city offices will be closed in Irvine. All schools will be in session except in the Garden Grove, Irvine, Los Alamitos, Newport Mesa, Coast, North Orange County, Orange Unified, Rancho Santiago, Saddleback and Huntington Beach City districts.
Monday, Feb. 16, Presidents’ Day, federal, county and state offices, federal and state courts, as well as most banks and the stock market will be closed. All city offices will be closed, except in Villa Park and Westminster. There will be no mail delivery. All schools will be closed.
