Interactive Financial Services Inc. said it has acquired Unitax, an Anaheim-based subsidiary of McDonnell Douglas Corp. Atlanta-based IFS supplies services and software to CPAs, tax professionals and financial planners. Terms of the Unitax acquisition were not disclosed.
