Senior Units Feature Sharing

A new type of adult community has opened in Ontario, featuring apartments for single persons (57 and over) who want privacy while sharing the cost of maintaining a home.
Known as Ontario Senior Apartments, the 101-unit project features apartments with dual master suites. The apartments rent for $290 a month each.
The apartments, at 1051 East 4th St., are a project of Empire Developers with Wayne Leavitt as general partner.
