Sports Club Leases Space

All American Sports Club Inc. has leased 60,000 square feet of space in the former Bank of America Building, 115 Pine Ave., Long Beach, for 15 years for a total consideration of $14.7 million--one of the largest leases ever signed in downtown Long Beach.
Matlow-Kennedy Corp., Torrance, represented Pine Avenue Limited, the lessor. The $5-million restoration of the building is expected to be completed in about a year.
The club will move its headquarters to the building from temporary quarters elsewhere in Long Beach.
