Norton Plaza in Brentwood Will Start in April

Construction will begin in April on Norton Plaza, a $30-million mixed-use development in Brentwood.
The project, located on the northwest corner of San Vicente Boulevard and Montana Ave., will contain 33,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor and 67,000 square feet of office space on the second and third floors. Demolition of a two-story office building already on the site will begin in March.
Developer is Norton Plaza Associates, a joint venture of Topa Management Co., Bank of America and Philip Norton Inc. Architect is the Landau Partnership of Santa Monica, and general contractor is El Monte-based Keller Construction Co.
