A biopsy showed that a millworker who got a transplanted heart that did not match his blood type was not rejecting the organ, officials said. Major Wright, 37, of Sylvania, Ga., was in critical but stable condition at University Hospital in Augusta, Ga., where he got the heart in a four-hour operation last Wednesday. He has type-O blood, but was implanted with a heart from a type-B donor.
