Hy Terman, owner of Terman Realty & Development, will be installed in his second term as president of the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce Jan. 23 at the Sportsmen’s Lodge, 12825 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City. Jane Boeckmann, 1986 Fernando Award recipient, will be master of ceremonies, and Bob Adamson, executive vice president of the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors, will be installing officer. Terman has been a Sherman Oaks resident and businessman since 1958. Newly elected to serve on the board of directors are John Best of Fidelity Federal Savings & Loan, Stephen B. The Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold its installation-of-officers dinner meeting Jan. 31 at Knollwood Country Club, 12024 Balboa Blvd. in Granada Hills. Tonia Henson of Valley Federal Savings & Loan will be installed as president. Terry Martin of George & Martin, CPAs will be honored as the outgoing president.
