R.H. Estates : Recycling Machine Hearing
The City Council will hold a public hearing Jan. 27 on a proposal to set up an aluminum can recycling machine at the Peninsula Center.

The council this week appealed the Planning Commission’s approval of the machine because of questions about operation and liability insurance.
If the council approves, the machine could be installed within a month, Planning Director Stephen A. Emslie said.
