Zero Corp. named George A. Daniels vice president and chief financial officer, replacing James E. Osterman, who became vice president for administration. The realignment follows the death last month of Richard N. Holt, who was treasurer and controller, the company said. Daniels, 48, was previously senior vice president of finance at Triton Group Ltd. of Los Angeles. Based in Burbank, Zero makes boxes, cabinets and other enclosures for the electronics industry.
