“Polly Perverse Strikes Again! (A Love Story With Sociopathic Tendencies).” EZTV. $39.95. This slow-motion subterranean soap opera makes Andy Warhol’s ‘60s studies in ennui look like “A Hard Day’s Night.” The acting ranges from stiff to spaced-out to somnolent, the sound hisses and feeds back, writer-director Dan Sallitt (former film critic for the L.A. Reader) sets up nice shots of the backs of actors’ heads, and the love-triangle plot limps slowly along. At the center of it all is Dawn Wildsmith in the title role, an unappealing, lowlife version of Madonna’s “Desperately Seeking Susan” free spirit.
