Moreno Valley Land Bought for Retail Center

A major development site in Moreno Valley, at JFK Avenue and Perris Boulevard, has been purchased by Diversified Shopping Centers of Costa Mesa for a new 100,000-square-foot shopping center. The firm paid $1.8 million for the 8.47-acre site owned by Scott Lisk, Jerry Stephens and Robert Pratt; Grubb & Ellis will be the project’s exclusive leasing broker.
