Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley has left for Honolulu to attend a meeting of the Japan-American Conference of Mayors and Chamber of Commerce Presidents. The trade meeting, which concludes Friday, is expected to attract representatives from several U.S. and Japanese cities.
