Kings at Vancouver in Another Attempt to Defeat Canucks
The Kings are inching closer but remain in fourth place in the Smythe Division, one point behind the Winnipeg Jets. Their play lately has been more consistent and at a consistently high level. So how come the Kings (17-18-3) can’t beat the Vancouver Canucks, who at 11-23-3 have the second-worst record in hockey?
Who knows? It’s just another of those King enigmas. The Canucks hold a 22-12 scoring edge in their three wins over the Kings this season.
The Kings were tired, at the end of long trips, in the previous meetings. Not so tonight. When the Kings face off against the Canucks in Vancouver’s Pacific Coliseum, they will be fresh and at full strength.
