A man posing as a prospective office tenant held up and handcuffed the rental agent while he broke into a Planned Parenthood clinic and planted a powerful bomb that never exploded, New York police said. Police Sgt. Ed Burns said the “very powerful†bomb contained 15 sticks of dynamite, but it fizzled when smoke from the blasting cap set off fire sprinklers. Police evacuated the building and dismantled the device after a warning was telephoned to the Margaret Sanger Center, where abortions are performed. They said no one was injured, and there was only water damage to the building.
