Maker of Test Equipment Signs 2 Sales Agreements

Applied Circuit Technology Inc., an Anaheim-based maker of computer test equipment, said that it has signed two sales agreements totaling at least $2.2 million.
Under the terms of the first agreement, Seagate Technology, a Scotts Valley-based maker of computer disk drives, has purchased $1.2 million worth of testing equipment. Under the second agreement, Applied Circuit will provide floppy disk drive testing and maintenance services to an unidentified computer maker. The value of the ongoing service is estimated at an annual $1 million.
