Buss Installed as President of Appraisers

Ronald L. Buss, president of Buss-Shelger Associates, Los Angeles, has been installed as president of the Southern California chapter, American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, succeeding Michael Teobaldi Jr.
Other new officers are Tom Layden Cook, vice president; Bert Thorton, secretary/treasurer, and Robert M. Lea, assistant treasurer.
New directors are Thomas M. Pike, Vincent G. Maher, G. Mitchell Owens, Charles R. Wilson, Nancy M. Mueller, James W. Garrett and David W. Riach.
