Planned Communities Inc., an Ontario-based marketer and developer of manufactured housing communities, took first prize in a contest to recognize the best privately owned model-home sales centers for manufactured homes.
PCI won the award for its display at Stonegate Castaic, a community of manufactured homes in Lake Castaic. The competition was sponsored by Automation in Housing & Manufactured Home Dealer magazine.
