Torrance police are looking for a man driving a yellow Cadillac who argued with another driver a few moments before the second motorist ran a red light and killed two women, police said. Police have no description of the Cadillac driver, but said he may have argued with the other driver at Redondo Beach Boulevard and Prairie Avenue about 1:10 p.m. Thursday. A few moments later, police said, the second driver, Manuel Edmondson, 38, of Los Angeles, ran a red light at Madrona Avenue and Del Amo Boulevard, striking cars driven by Mary Margaret Frangie, 28, of Torrance, and Ann Louise Buchholz, 30, of Redondo Beach. Both were killed. Edmondson, who was driving a black 1972 Cadillac, was arrested on suspicion of felony drunk driving and vehicular manslaughter.
