Sims Gets Unanimous Decision Over Olivera

Walter Sims, 135, of North Hollywood won a 10-round unanimous decision over Joey Olivera, 135, of Pasadena Wednesday night in a semifinal bout of the Stroh’s boxing tournament at the Forum.
Sims will fight Yogi Buchanan for the tournament’s lightweight championship Jan. 22.
